iX5000 prints high speed quality documents and photos on demand. Using
Canons FINE print technology and a single ink system, you can print the
finest photos either from your PC or direct through any PictBridge
compatible digital device. Also using Canons Chromalife 100 technology your
prints can last up to 100 years in the right conditions.
Connect via a USB
2.0 cable for high speed data transfer between printer and PC. Unfortunately
these cables are not always supplied so check with your vendor and make sure
you include a USB 2.0 when purchasing if you don't already possess one. Ease
of use is what the Canon PIXMA iX5000 is all about. Its not about fancy
buttons its there to do a job and it does it well. Perfect for the

Easy Photo Print
- Gives you some easy features to help when printing photos such as
rotation, re-sizing, red-eye removal and edge correction to sharpen images

- Similar to Epsons Web to page, this software takes the hard work out of
printing web pages, by correctly sizing them to fit the media in the iX5000.
All web pages are not the same size and often printing them can cause bit to
be missing. Easy Web Print solves this problem easily.
