The scanner uses 1200 x 2400 dpi for exceptional results. It also uses a dpi of 2400 x 2400 for film scanning. The scanner can use its photo restoration feature when copying older photo's. The Epson RX520 can remove dust speckles from a picture and also revive faded colour. You simply need to select these features when scanning your photo's and bring them back to life as if they were taken only yesterday. Easy to use
You can make high quality prints directly from all popular memory cards and from PictBridge and USB DIRECT-PRINT digital cameras. A 1.5” colour display makes it easy to select images, choose the size you want and print multiple copies without having to use computer-based software. The PhotoEnhance function automatically adjusts the colour and contrast of images to give the best results so you can print, scan and enlarge your favourite photos quickly and easily whenever it suits you.

Quality scans and copies
The Epson Stylus Photo RX520 has a 1200 x 2400dpi scanner which means you won't lose the fine details of your photos when you scan and copy. So now you can make multiple copies and enlargements at home in one simple step. And if your photos are old and faded you can also choose to restore them at the same time.

The built-in transparency unit allows films, slides and negatives to be scanned at 2400dpi - ideal for digitally archiving your old images.

High quality, affordable prints
Epson's unique Micro Piezo™ technology allows tiny ink droplets to be produced. When combined with high resolution printing of 5760 optimised dpi* this results in photographs that are beautifully clear and superbly defined.

The Epson Photo Pack contains four individual ink cartridges and 100 sheets of Epson 10 x 15cm Premium Glossy Photo Paper, making home photo printing really convenient and very affordable. And having individual ink cartridges means that you only have to replace the cartridge that has run out. There's no waste.

Restore old photos
Epson Dust Removal function eliminates tiny dust specks from film scans and the Colour Restoration feature brings older, faded prints and film back to life.
